1. No Extra Guests room when Service are being provided

2. Before ANY body treatment done, please be showered. 
3. All Cancellations and rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance of the actual day of service. Rescheduling MUST be made within 7 days of your original appointment or you forfeit your deposit. 
4. If you cancel or reschedule the same day of your appointment you forfeit your entire deposit!
5. All Appointments require booking Online with a ($50 Non-refundable deposit!) deposit will go toward the remaining balance on the day of service. If you have a request please leave in message field when booking.

8. All models will be chosen by owners of the spa. 
9. If you are booking multiple appointments or services you must pay separate deposits  for each appointment/ service you are booking. 
10. IF YOU ARE LATE YOU WILL STILL RECEIVE SERVICE, HOWEVER YOUR SERVICE MAY BE SHORTENED (depending on availability the day of your service)
11. Remaining balance is due on the same day of your appointment, before your service. 
12. If paying cash, please have the exact amount. WE DO NOT CARRY CHANGE!
13. Consent forms must be filled out and signed before service. If returning, the client must update consent form (s) with date of service and sign. 
14. ID may be required to verify age if under 18, For Teeth Whitening Only. MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PARENT,  SCHOOL ID IS ACCEPTABLE! 
15. Must present ID for certain promotions (ie nurses, students, teachers etc)
